That’s Oxford street, London’s main shopping belt… really amazing brands and stores adorn the main street but if you really do wander around the little streets you’ll find even more exotic brands and 2nd goods. But I only took the picture to show you how crowded it was… LOL! It was really so so so crowded when I went this time round, i’m told the British take their Christmas shopping seriously (so the correlation).
And that’s Liberty Co, the coolest departmental store in the whole world.
Anyway, I never feel touristy (so the lack of pictures). Being overseas studying alone on a budget is good. Probably how it causes one to feel like an adult, trying to find the best deals in the supermarket for stuff like dish washing liquid :) I can’t say life’s a chore because it really is and every knows it’s rhetoric to say so.. but everyday is studying, catching up with news, watching korean shows on youtube, cooking, worrying about studies and what to eat for the next meal. And every week is pretty much shuttling between the lecture halls, supermarket, church and somewhere fun in London.
Don’t mind me, it’s probably the after-effects of math on a late monday night. So i’m just going to do some self-consoling. Exams in 2weeks. I’m not really concerned about them cause I know I can cope well, but even more worrying is the extent of me digesting all the concepts and having a good grasps of the basics before moving on to the next term. I’m really afraid I’ll forget and I just read my notes every other hour. Ughh. Really miss home, family, church, friends, ministry, my guitar.
